The staff around the whole hotel were amazing. Very polite and helpful. The host around the pool area were fantastic. My children loved them and couldn’t wait for the evening entertainment. Ghizlain, Yousra and Omar were the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Very professional and gave every guest the time they deserved. They were especially friendly and got everyone involved in activities. The reception staff were full of smiles and went above and beyond to find out information and made us comfortable.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. This hotel is family and children friendly. All the staff were polite and made our stay a good relaxing experience! The hotel has a lovely pool and is situated within walking distance to a shopping mall were you are able to find restaurants and has a supermarket you can buy all necessities!
We’ve been away many holidays, but this holiday has been the most amazing experience. The animation team is brilliant. Lilli is full of life and loves a laugh, Pika, Imane, Moana, Tito, Lucas, Michael and khalel are all brilliant and lovely people. They don’t stop working and thanks to them we’ve had an amazing experience in Morocco. I would definitely come again!! From Petra & Louise
We arrived 29th August to a lovely spacious clean hotel with the friendliest welcome. Our room A/C was on arrival and I booked in for a massage in the spa totally recommend - 500 dirham for 1 hour full body! Lovely holiday rep to book trips at a reasonable price. On Wednesday I had an accident in the pool the hotel was brilliant organised a doctor to come to me and stitch my hand up and really calmed me down. As well I saw the on site nurse for the rest of the holiday to change my bandages and this was never any trouble for them. After a camel incident the hotel checked me over and organised a full refund from the holiday rep as well as looking after me and my friend. The hotel location is in walking distance to the mall which has some lovely shops. A taxi ride to the medina was about 50 Dirham around 10 mins. I would recommend visiting Ouzoud waterfalls it was amazing. Rawabi was a lovely hotel the manager and staff are what makes this hotel truly special because they really care for you and genuinely want you to have the best time.
needs upgrading a lot…plus some stuff are really really rude…lack of entertainment…rooms don’t have no kettle, drinks in the fridge…nothing…I had to request for an iron and I was told I will get it the next morning..but I waited until 12pm nothing at all…so I had to call them and keep saying it until they actually bought it…Food wise…breakfast needs a lot more variety…not all of us eat beef etc… plus drink prices are too much…Overall, thank you soo much to the other members of staff I met…and the girls who were doing DJing because of these people my holiday was really memorable…thank you to ghizlane, yusra, Omar (DJ crew) Thank you to khajida the cleaner, hassan, mustafa and couple of others from the restaurant who were absolutely lovely…very caring and welcoming…will definitely come to visit them again…but staying wise…this doesn’t meet the 4 star standard at all
Not a 4 star in the slightest but very accommodating and helpful staff which made the experience much better. Local to a decent shopping mall with a supermarket, foodcourt and clothing stores etc so easy to access all your needs. Taxi’s often stop out front of the hotel making it much easier to get around. The hotel rooms itself needs updating but all facilities in the room worked well. Beds weren’t changed for the time we were there but simply made up. Rooms keys hardly worked. Wifi is HORRIBLE. We had very little to no signal over our week here. Breakfast is decent but not something we could have over and over again. Overall an ok experience but I wouldn’t stay here again. I would give it 2.5 stars overall.
The experience we had were really amazing, the staff were super friendly and catered us the best they can so we can have the best experience. When ypu go to Marrakech, dont go back home without trying their spa
Buenos Aires
Best spa in Marrakech. I had massage every day in my stay. Very nice people. Hamman and exfoliating with black soap and organic body mask. Great place to go during your stay. I had a great time Recommended
We had morrocon hammam with exfoluation then we had organic body mask , full body message and facial . It was very nice experience really enjoy it fantastic team and Wonderful service. I will love to come again.
One of the nicest spa experiences I’ve ever had, from the moment I got in there I felt ultimately relaxed, I was greeted with tea and warm. The Hammam was soothing followed by the massage. I loved it.
Ramat Gan
I visited with a group of 23 people that all enjoyed the hotel very much. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, very kind team, good food (dinner & breakfast), a big shopping mall close to the hotel. Nice pool (did not use it since it was too cold outside).

Overall, a wonderful place. Staff are generally polite, helpful and multilingual. One female staff in the buffet area treated me as if I were an idiot any time I asked her a question...but she was the exception. The concierge and pool staff were particularly noteworthy. The hotel itself is lovely. The only caveat would be if you have mobility issues, getting into the tub/shower would be a challenge. Rooms are spacious and clean, have balconies. There is a bar, spa and lovely swimming area..children's pool and a larger pool. Sadly, the spa couldn't take a credit card. There is a gift shop of Moroccan products. Our room came with breakfast and dinner...both buffet style. Zero drinks come with dinner including a glass of water. Breakfast includes juices and coffee/tea. There is another bar near the pool which also has some lunch items. The lunch buffet costs 200 mad. 5 minute walk to a mall, 45 minute walk or 8 minute taxi ride (50 mad) to the Place Jemaa el-fna (square). Definitely would recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights at end of our tour. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Issues in bathroom were toilet often running thru and tub draining very slowly. Issues with room key as well - needed to be recoded a few times. We didn't use any amenities offered but staff around the pool were very cheerful and tried hard to get us involved in activities around the pool. Breakfast was very good, and they gave us an early morning coffee and buns before leaving at 03 on departure day - thanks. Dinner was very good as well.
Languedoc-Roussillon
We spent a fortnight at the Rawabi Hotel in January and found the staff are excellent and the hotel is great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised at the good quality for the reasonable price we paid. The beds were amazingly comfortable as were the pillows ,the towels were soft and fluffy and there was a free safe in the room . Bottled water was also free of charge on demand in the bar or restaurant .Our balcony overlooked the pool and had sunshine in the afternoons for sunbathing. We captured the WiFi in our room OK .The cleaning staff were very good and we were never left without towels .The restaurant was like a canteen ,as was the food . Definitely not a place for foodies , but there were plenty of fresh salads , fruits , and always a meat & fish choice . Not always hot , so a microwave would be an asset . However there were a few dishes that deserve a mention ; the pumpkin & sage soup , the potato & cheese soup ,the Egyptian rice ,the artichokes were excellent as was the Moroccan soup (harira ) and the couscous .The little almond and coconut cakes and the chocolate mousse dessert were also delicious.Wine was served by the glass and we found the red very potable . The chef and his staff were very pleasant and the waiting staff so very professional , always on hand with a refill of wine or an extra paper serviette . They made our holiday extra special with their attention & great service .The restaurant was cold at that time of the year so do pack warm clothes for dining and sitting in the bar in the evening . Our room had an extra electric radiator , but we found it warm enough without plugging it in . During the day it was warm enough for sunbathing & we saw others using the pool , though we didn't try it .The all inclusive drinks were good quality , real tonic in the gin & Pepsi in the whisky coke . The bar staff were fabulous and soon learnt our favourite drinks . They served us olives and other titbits when they were available , we felt thoroughly spoilt with the great service and attention , they are a credit to the hotel. A couple of the women behind reception could do with a few tips in customer relations however and the currency exchange offered by the desk is the worst I have ever come accross so I suggest you change money in the banks or post office outside the hotel as we did. A bottle of water in the room on arrival would be welcome , especially in the early hours of the morning like ours . We were however provided with an early morning breakfast on departure by the attentive manager who was always on hand to listen to his guests . The electronic key cards system needs looking at as the keys continually needed recharging at reception The hotel was situated within walking distance ( 40minutes) of the Place Jema El Fnaa and taxis were reasonable for the return trip after wandering around the Medina ( maxi 5 dhirams ).There is a fun team of animation staff if you want to play darts or table tennis etc . We enjoyed the music they put on especially for us one day in the bar .All in all I would say that if you are looking for a good reasonably priced budget holiday the Rawabi is perfect , but if you want 5 stars , I suggest you book elsewhere and pay more .

We did a round trip through Morocco and spent a total of three nights at the Rawabi Hotel, one at he arrival and two before leaving. I felt really comfortable, the rooms on the whole and in general the facilities were nice and the food (especially the breakfast) was amazing. My personal highlight were the staff, the waiters at mealtime were always helpful and friendly and the animation team (Saber, Hicham, Yunis, Nadia, Nasiba; I hope I didn't forget anyone), always with a smile on their faces and up for some banter, made us have a lovely time. The only thing I'd criticise is that the WiFi connection didn't work that well and there are some rooms not reached by the coverage, but that's the negative aspect I can think of. As has already been said in other comments, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily reach it via taxi for little money. All in all an awesome experience, thank you! If I ever come back to Marrakech I'd stay here again.
Brampton
I was here at the end of the tour to Morocco. We had three night stays here. First I was a bit scared reading recent reviews. We had stayed in many different hotels for this trip, good, bad so not looking forwards to a bad one. It is exactly a resort like the ones in Cuba (or other Caribbean) for all-inclusive guests. It has outdoor pool, huge yard, bar, restaurant, gift shop, spa... It does not have a gym as listed. The room was decent inside, newer bathroom, tiled floor and good bedding. It has closet, fridge and lots of space. The exterior is a bit old. The restaurant is medium to big size, enough seating and no huge line-up. Food is okay, edible even though it does seem to be the same. However, I think nobody stay here for a long time as in the resort. I do not have negative thing to say, just not expect to have this in Morocco as I always had in Cuba. Staff work hard and polite, Moroccan are mild manners compared to other African cousins. The staff did not seem to understand my question about directions. Not sure there were generic answers to the questions, so better prepare yourself or experience it first hand. Seems to me there is market nearby, not the shouks in the city, as my bus left there and arrived at the hotel in 2 minutes. However, all answers pointed to the shouks and the only way to get there was by taking taxi. Internet connection was very poor, messages sent take forever to go. I cannot stay I would recommend this as I had no choice of the hotel based on tour booking. Some people in the group paid for upgrade and stayed somewhere else. Internet connection was very poor, messages sent take forever to go. All and all, not too terrible to be here, only I would prefer a hotel for my trip.
